Orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. Shipping is via UPS Ground or USPS (at our option), and should be delivered to domestic customers in around 3-6 business days.
Orders totaling over $100 will only be shipped to confirmed addresses.
Payment is via Google Checkout or PayPal only. Items will not be shipped until full payment is received.
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number in order to be accepted. Items must be returned in their original packaging and should include any accessories or manuals that came with the item.
All returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Physically damaged items cannot be returned. If an item is damaged during shipping, the problem should be addressed with the shipping company. Items which have had the serial number removed or altered will be rejected and will not be granted RMA service.
Items returned for refund must be returned within 15 days of purchase. Items that are being returned for replacement must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Used items cannot be returned unless they are 'dead on arrival' (DOA). See the warranty section for more details.
Used items may not include all accessories or manuals. Used items also do not include a manufacturer warranty.
New, open-box, and refurbished items may include manufacturer's warranty.
Used items only include a warranty against being 'dead upon arrival' (DOA). DOA items must be returned within 15 days of purchase. Reminder: A valid RMA number is required for all returns.
Items with shipping related damage are not eligible for DOA return. See returns section for how to handle shipping related damage.
